Thank you for your interest in working with Cynthia Medina Carson and Wager. During your career assessment and coaching sessions, we will conduct an audit of your current career, outline your professional goals and create a road map for you to get you there. We will touch on: knowing your worth; creating the ultimate resume, improving your online presence; creating the right network for what you want; and ensure you are confident for any upcoming interviews or salary discussions.  Session 2 - Review resume updates - Explore your new career path - Strategize and Career Mapping - Overhaul social media presence - Negotiation coaching Session 3 - Recommendation of ongoing work - Review of conversations and to-do lists from the first two sessions - Create a Networking Action Plan - Contacts, recruiters or another professional in our networks - Create specific 6-month action plan post-sessions Post Session - Follow up call and feedback on changes made to resume and social media - Negotiation support via email All information shared with WAGER shall remain confidential.
