Start by reflecting on what you really want to do.
Give yourself permission to focus on the things that truly interest you and bring you joy. As you begin to think about the type of career transition you want to make, start documenting your thoughts about your professional self. Take notes about when you’re feeling unmotivated regarding your job and about the tasks that bring you down, as well as those that get you excited. It may seem like an obvious or tedious exercise but if you stick with it, patterns will start to emerge.
